For Essentials, Standard and Extended, the final tier and price are confirmed from your file's actual query count at checkout, not from this selection.
Go to Search Console → Performance → Search results, then click Export → CSV. This downloads a single .zip file containing every report table. Upload that .zip here exactly as downloaded; there's no need to unzip it.
